இலங்கையின் போர்குற்றத்துக்கு நீங்களும் ஆதாரம் தரலாம்-ஐநாவின் புதிய ஏற்பாடு

நியூயார்க்: இலங்கை ராணுவத்துக்கும், புலிகளுக்கும் இடையில் நடந்த இறுதிக்கட்ட போரின்போது நிகழ்ந்த மனித உரிமை மீறல் மற்றும் சர்வதேச போர் விதிகள் மீறல் சம்பவங்கள் தொடர்பான ஆதாரங்களை முறையீடுகளாக ஈமெயில் வழியாகவும் அனுப்பலாம் என ஐ.நா. நிபுணர் குழு அறிவித்துள்ளது.
இலங்கை தொடர்பான விஷயங்களுக்கு ஆலோசனை வழங்குவதற்கென்றே ஐக்கிய நாடுகள் செயலாளர் பான் கீ மூன், மூன்று நிபுணர்கள் கொண்ட குழுவை நியமித்துள்ளார்.
இறுதிப் போரில் நிகழ்ந்த போர்க்குற்றம் மற்றும் மனித உரிமை மீறல் தொடர்பான முறையீடுகளை வரும் டிசம்பர் மாதம் 15ம் தேதிக்குள் அனுப்பி வைக்க வேண்டும் என இந்தக் குழு கேட்டுக் கொண்டுள்ளது.
இலங்கையின் போர்க்குற்றம் தொடர்பான ஆதாரங்களை வைத்திருக்கும் எந்தவொரு நபரும் தமக்குத் தெரிந்த உண்மைகளை முறையீடுகளாக இந்த முகவரிக்கு மின்னஞ்சல் செய்யலாம். மின்னஞ்சல் முகவரி (panelofexpertsregistry@un.org).மின்னஞ்சலில் தகவல்களைத் தெரிவிக்கும் நபர்கள் தங்களைப் பற்றிய அனைத்து விபரங்களையும் தொடர்பு எண்ணையும் அதில் குறிப்பிட்டு நிபுணர் குழுவுக்கு அனுப்பி வைக்க வேண்டும். அவ்வாறு அனுப்பப்படும் தகவல்கள் அனைத்தும் இரகசியமாக வைக்கப்படும் என்றும் உறுதியளித்துள்ளது.
இந்த நிபுணர் குழுவுக்கு இந்தோனேசியாவின் மர்சூக் தருஸ்மான் தலைமைப் பொறுப்பு வகிக்கிறார். அமெரிக்க வழக்கறிஞர் ஸ்டீவன் ரட்னர், தென்னாபிரிக்காவின் முன்னாள் நல்லிணக்க ஆணைக்குழுவின் உறுப்பினர் யஸ்மின் கூகா ஆகியோரும் அங்கம் வகிக்கின்றனர்.
